Hearth & Haven Returns
At Hearth & Haven Porch Swings, we want you to love your new swing as much as we do! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. Our return process is designed to be as easy and stress-free as possible, because we believe shopping with us should always be a breeze.
Our Return Policy:
If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Just email us at support@hearthandhavenco.com to start the process, including creating your return shipping label for you and suggesting the best carrier. While you’ll be responsible for return shipping, we’re here to help guide you every step of the way.
Custom Orders:
Please note that customized items—such as those with special paint or stain finishes—are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded. We hope you understand!
Refund Details:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout, minus any shipping costs. For some products, a 20% restocking fee may apply, but we’ll always make sure you know before your return is processed.
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 5-7 business days. After that, it may take an additional 3 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Cushions that have been opened or used are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. We recommend verifying the color and size before opening the packaging.
Damaged Items:
We want your porch swing to arrive in perfect condition! If you notice any damage to your item when it arrives, please make a note of it upon delivery and snap a few photos. Send them to support@hearthandhavenco.com and we’ll take care of the rest. We ask that you report any damages within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations (For Orders Not Yet Shipped):
Changed your mind? No problem! Orders canceled within 48 hours are free of charge. After 48 hours, a small $20 administration fee applies, as we begin preparing your order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our return, replacement and refund policy for further assistance.
