If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just email us at support@hearthandhavenco.com to start the process, including creating your return shipping label for you and suggesting the best carrier. While you’ll be responsible for return shipping, we’re here to help guide you every step of the way.

Please note that customized items—such as those with special paint or stain finishes—are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded. We hope you understand!

Some assembly is required. Swing arrives partially assembled with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and hardware. It will take approximately 30-45 minutes to assemble. If you need any assistance with assembly, please email support@hearthandhavenco.com. We respond to emails during business hours Monday thru Friday.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 6-7 weeks and are custom-made for each order. 

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

If your item is too large for FedEx or UPS Ground, it will be sent freight, otherwise known as a "Less than Truck Load" (LTL). This is a curbside delivery service. The meaning of curbside delivery is the driver will drop the pallet to the nearest of your street curbside. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund you the difference.  

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website, within three months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

• The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
